The founder imagined the homepage with music, something that could make the experience feel more emotional, immersive, and alive. The easy path would have been to find a stock track and place it behind the site. We saw a better opportunity. If sound was going to be part of the brand experience, it should feel as considered as the identity, the motion, and the story. So instead of licensing something generic, Sean, our creative director and musician, composed a custom score. The piece was written to feel empowering, cinematic, and emotionally resonant while still giving the website room to breathe. It supports the reading experience without taking over, adding another layer of depth to the brand’s world.

PerlaVi came to us with big dreams, deep passion, and a mission rooted in making a meaningful difference. They needed a brand strong enough to guide the website, clarify the mission, and create a more ownable presence for donors, partners, and the people they serve. Inspired by the founder’s Bosnian heritage, we developed a thoughtful identity system drawing from the geometry and storytelling of Zmijanje embroidery, giving the foundation a visual language with cultural depth, emotional resonance, and distinction. From there, we built a dynamic website, clarified their messaging, and even composed an original song for the foundation. The result is a brand with more clarity, more soul, and a stronger platform to attract support, articulate its purpose, and carry its mission forward.
