Green Nomad is a property management company specializing in Airbnbs across New Mexico. They wanted a brand that didn’t feel like every other overly serious property management firm. We created a name, identity, and world built around aliens — a fun storytelling device that fit the region and captured the feeling of arriving somewhere new. Their alien mascot became an instructional guide, a local favorite, and a social media asset. What they got was a playful, memorable brand that helped them win new property acquisitions and unlock fresh marketing opportunities.
